Amidst acres of beautiful countryside and rolling parkland, it opened its doors in July 2017 and is the perfect setting for weddings, private parties or corporate events.
Located in Over Peover, in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside, Merrydale Manor is set in its own grounds, with a grand sweeping driveway, manicured gardens and a serene lake…providing a country estate all to yourself.
The Venue
Merrydale Manor, extensively renovated in 2017, provides the perfect backdrop for pictures, and you can also spend the night in the luxurious accommodation Merrydale Manor has to offer. But the pièce de résistance is the brand new, purpose-built Merrydale Suite and Bar where you can raise a toast, dine on delectable dishes or simply dance the night away.
It’s perfect for a ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening celebration… all in one location. And with fabulous accommodation to boot, here at Merrydale Manor we have thought of everything.
The Accommodation
Nothing could be more beautiful then waking up as a newly married couple in the modern luxury of our well-appointed accommodation.
Ten gorgeous double courtyard rooms are available, including a Bridal Suite with extra space and added touches of luxury. Couples also have a choice of taking the Manor house, with an open plan kitchen and orangery area as well as four luxury double bedrooms.
Nearby accommodation includes the Irlam Lodge and Eco Pods, located at our sister wedding venue, Colshaw Hall. There is also accommodation at ‘The Dog’ Inn in Peover, famous for its hospitality.
