Beautiful Country Venue in Oxfordshire Ideal for Large Weddings & Parties.
Poundon House in near Bicester, Oxfordshire is a family run, country house venue that plays host to events that range from stunning weddings and receptions, to private parties and retreats.
Often featured in national magazines, it has a rich and interesting history including being used by the Post Office, during the Second World War, to help break the Enigma Code.
More recently, much work has gone into the house to restore it to its original beauty, including preserving the interior design in keeping with the style and era of the house.
Today, it is classic and comfortable, welcoming and homely, and yet still manages to be spacious and impressive, making it perfect for everything from an intimate private occasion, to a spectacular wedding celebration for parties of up to 350 guests.
